Law Society leads trade delegation to South Africa

The Law Society will be leading its first trade mission to Johannesburg and Cape Town from 22 - 26 March 2010.  The delegation will form part of the Lord Mayor of the City of London's business delegation and includes a broad-ranging programme of strategic meetings, seminars and networking opportunities.  Delegates will also have the opportunity to participate in the IBA African Region Forum conference in Cape Town.

Activites will include:

  • UK Trade and Investment Biz Club networking breakfast
  • SA Market briefing
  • Legal Process Outsourcing seminar
  • UK-SA financial services dinner
  • International legal practice seminar (to be opened by the Rt.Hon Lord Mayor of the City of London, Nicholas Anstee)
  • UK Trade & investment SA Biz-Club reception
  • Call on the Mayor and City Manager, Cape Town.
