Conflicts of interests training with Shanghai Bar
Earlier this year the Law Society signed a strategic agreement with the Shanghai Bar which enables us to help firms develop links and business opportunities with their Chinese counterparts in what is an important and growing regional legal centre in China. As part of this agreement English solicitors will exchange expertise with local Chinese law firms and deliver training in many key areas of international practice.
The next training session will be held on 15 September at Shanghai Bar on issues to do with conflicts of interests. Speakers are from Lovells and Eversheds.
This training programme is jointly supported by the British Consulate-General Shanghai, EU Chamber of Commerce in China, the Shanghai Bar and the Law Society of England and Wales. If you are interested in getting involved with future training programmes please contact Jack Yu at jack.yu@lawsociety.org.uk.
