Law Society joins LAWASIA

A Law Society delegation attended LAWASIA's recent conference in Kuala Lumpur to sponsor a programme on PFI/PPP work by law firms to showcase UK expertise, and to explore opportunities for co-operation with bars in the Asia/Pacific region. The visit marked the Society's recent membership of LAWASIA.
About LAWASIA
LAWASIA brings together lawyers and bar presidents from all over the Asia Pacific region. It provides a useful forum for English firms to establish relationships in this dynamic part of the world.
The next LAWASIA conference will be held in Vietnam in late 2009.
