The Law Society is hosting a unique afternoon of discussion and debate on international alternative dispute resolution (ADR) in India and the UK at its upcoming event 'Unlocking disputes: Common Challenges, Approaches and Opportunities in International ADR in India and the UK'.

The half-day event in Delhi, on Monday 8 October, will bring together the best of both UK and Indian legal excellence to discuss the common challenges, approaches and opportunities in international ADR in India and the UK. The event will be broken down into two thematic areas and running parallel to a larger business visit to India being led by the Lord Mayor of the City of London, Alderman David Wootton.
