Regulation of international practice: have your say
Posted 9th November 2011
Following its July 2011 paper on international challenges, the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) launched a consultation on the regulation of international practice, and more specifically on how the new SRA Handbook should apply outside England and Wales.
We encourage our members to contribute to this consultation, either by responding directly to the SRA and/or by contacting Mickael Laurans at the Law Society's International Department: mickael.laurans@lawsociety.org.uk.
The deadline for responses is Wednesday 15 February 2012.
