English Law Week
The Law Society and the Bar Council of England and Wales, in partnership with the British-Russian Law Association (BRLA) and the Anglo-Russian Law Association (ARLA) are promoting English law during English Law Week in Moscow, between 28-29 June.
Conference
The two day programme, held in conjunction with the Lord Mayor's visit to Moscow aims to promote English law and raise the profile of UK lawyers. The programme will cover four key areas; litigation, arbitration, transactional law and the current regulatory environment with presentations and panel discussions showcasing some of the best legal expertise to date.
Evening reception
There will be a chance to network with delegates and with other legal professionals at the English Law Week evening reception held at the British Embassy on 28 June. This is a fantastic opportunity for UK law firms looking to showcase their firm's profile and make business links with Russian firms participating in the conference.
Registration
If you would like to register to participate as a delegate please down load the invitation in english, or russian and follow the joining instructions. Please note, to allow the widest range of legal representatives to participate in the conference, there is a limit to registering two delegates per firm to attend the full programme. Deadline for registration is 22 June 2011.
We strongly recommend you register your name, indicating which part of the programme you wish to attend to the British Embassy in advance. Those who have not registered will not be permitted to enter the conference.
