Law Society promotes UK - Turkey legal links
In January the Law Society joined the Lord Mayor's trade mission to Turkey to promote UK legal services and co-operation between lawyers in each country.

The Law Society held its Turkish programme on 26-28 October
The Law Society's Turkish programme took place in London on 26-28 October 2011. Around 30 Turkish law firms had registered for this event, designed to highlight opportunities for cooperation between UK and Turkish law firms and lawyers.
During the course of the programme, expert speakers have covered several issues relating to business opportunities in both market, examples of cooperation between Turkish and UK legal professionals, and provided advice about how to best approach the Turkish and UK environments.
