The Law Society continues to lobby the Polish government over their proposals to cap legal fees. The Society believes that the proposals will make it financially impossible to provide legal services of the highest standard, and warns that the anti-competitive move could result in a mass exodus of British law firms as well as having dire consequences for businesses in Poland.
