Law Society Urges Vietnam to Protect Lawyer Le Cong Dinh
In January 2010 Vietnamese lawyer Le Cong Dinh was convicted of conspiring to overthrow the state and sentenced to 5 years in prison. He had been distributing pro-democracy literature. Mr. Dinh is a well known arbitration lawyer and a respected colleague of many international lawyers practicing in Asia.
