The Oman Law Network is a set of webpages providing information on the Sultanate of Oman's legal system, including sharia (i.e., Islamic ) law, traditional customary law ( 'urf ), modern legislation, jurisprudence as well as Ibadi doctrines and their interpretation of usul al-fiqh. Its aim is to facilitate reseach into Oman's legal system and to promote cooperation and networking amongst lawyers, legal scholars, law students, researchers, experts in comparative law, and others interested in Oman's law.
