Law Society hosts debate on possible UK opt-out of certain EU criminal justice measures

On 29 November 2012, the Law Society of England and Wales held an event on the future direction of EU criminal justice, focussing on the forthcoming decision for the UK on whether or not to exercise its opt-out of EU criminal justice and policing measures concluded prior to the Lisbon Treaty. 

European Court of Justice rules on rights of standing for in-house lawyers
